Membership Policy

Pour Tea LA is a members-only, reservation-based tea lounge designed to remain intimate, intentional, and protected. Access to the room is structured to preserve the experience for everyone inside it.

Reservations & Cancellations

All visits must be reserved in advance. Capacity is limited to maintain the integrity of the room.

Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed reservations may result in:

  • Loss of visit (The Steep)
  • Temporary booking restrictions
  • Limited guest privileges for repeated no-shows

The room is small on purpose. Every reservation matters.

Membership Terms

  • Memberships are billed based on selected term
  • Month-to-month memberships may be canceled before the next billing cycle
  • Prepaid memberships are non-refundable once activated

Membership provides access to reserve — not guaranteed walk-in entry.

Guest Policy

Members may bring guests based on their membership tier.

  • All guests must be reserved in advance
  • Guests must respect the environment of the space
  • Disruptive behavior may result in denied future access

House Expectations

Pour Tea LA is a quiet, after-hours space centered around conversation, presence, and atmosphere.

  • Keep phone usage minimal
  • Respect the energy of the room
  • No loud or disruptive behavior
  • Arrive on time for your reserved block

This is not a bar. Not a club. The room works because of who is inside it.

Access & Entry

  • No walk-ins
  • No public nights

Entry is reserved for members, approved guests, and ticketed event attendees only.
